My PC is running slow, what can I do?

While you are probably getting OS updates automatically through Windows or Apple, there is another type of update you have to do manually. Hardware updates require you to run software from the manufacturer to install firmware, graphics, cpu and audio driver updates to keep your computer compatible with OS updates. I’m having trouble with my ISP, got any tips?

If you’re dealing with slow speeds, service disruptions, or skyrocketing bills—don’t just accept it. Call customer service and ask to be transferred to the Retention Department. This is the team empowered to negotiate, offer better rates, and keep you from canceling.

Having worked in tech and telecom contracting, I can tell you—ISPs often charge +1000% what the service actually costs them. So yes, there’s plenty of room to negotiate a much lower bill!

What is your refund period?

I stand behind the quality of my work with a 30-day refund and repair period. If something stops working as intended due to my workmanship, I’ll investigate and fix it at no additional cost.

If the issue stems from accidental changes, resets, or modifications made on your end, repair work may be billed accordingly. That said, if you’re upfront about the mistake and it’s a quick fix (typically under 15 minutes), I’m usually happy to take care of it without charging.

Do you provide Estimates?

Absolutely! All estimates require a formal agreement between myself and your business.
This agreement sets clear expectations for how we’ll work together—it covers confidentiality of your company and trade secrets, outlines payment terms, defines how disputes will be handled, and ensures we stay aligned throughout project planning and execution. It’s all about transparency, mutual respect, and protecting both sides from miscommunication.

What if I only need help for one issue and don’t want to sign an agreement?
