We don’t collect much, and we like to keep it that way.

The only information we collect is what you voluntarily provide on this website or in person—whether that’s through a contact form, service request, payment form, or something similar.

We keep that information secure to the best of our ability. We don’t sell it. We don’t share it. However, we do use third-party systems and services to help us do business—like payment processors, email tools, and project management platforms. That means your information may go through those systems for things like billing, communication, or providing you with services. We can’t make guarantees about what those systems do with your data, but we pick reputable mainstream providers and aim to keep your information protected. If you want to know what systems we’ve put your information into, just ask and we’ll provide you a list. Otherwise, all your information is stored in a our private server where only we have access to it.

When would we ever hand over your info?

There are only two reasons we’d ever willingly share your information with anyone without your knowing:

God help you if the authorities serve us a warrant for your data. We aren’t going to bat for you if the government has a legal reason to request your data. And honestly, you probably won’t know it even happened—they usually subpoena this kind of info quietly while they build a case, and often slap us with a legal gag order that prevents us from telling you.

So if you’re doing something illegal and you’re reading this policy: please don’t use us. We don’t want to be involved.

If we stumble onto something very illegal or obscene while helping you.
We’re not here to play detective, but if we come across clear evidence of something like child abuse, revenge porn, sex trafficking, fraud, a Ponzi scheme, or plans to harm others (human or animal), we may report it. That’s a moral line we won’t ignore. Straight to jail, do not pass Go, do not collect $200.
