Smoked Gouda BBQ Onion Burger. Garden fresh green onion lightly cooked in olive oil and smothered in BBQ Sauce then reduced to a molasses-like sauce. Black pepper and smoked salt-covered 85% lean burger, with Smoked Gouda cheese on top. All between a white sesame bun and one folded leaf of romaine lettuce. Onion BBQ sauce on the bottom and top buns, with runny olive oil for your bun to be dipped in during the meal.


Billy’s Famous Sweet And Spicy Sriracha Pepper Burger.  Sweet and Mild bell peppers cooked over a flame with melted smoked Gouda.  Beef massaged with pepper and salt, and enhanced with Sriracha.  Potato bun toasted, with a leaf of romaine lettuce.


American Cheese Burger with Onion, Pickle, and Mayo. Cooked on a cast-iron skillet on medium-high, onions sauteed in olive oil and drizzled with brown sugar, honey, and ketchup. Crunchy wavy dill pickle chips with a dollop of mayonnaise. American Cheese is freshly sliced and lightly melted. A solid brunch meal for a summer day. Perfect to pair with fries or chips and a tall glass of iced tea.


Billy's Standard Burger

Billy’s Standard Burger is plain, yet satisfying. It’s a regular burger with honey bbq sauce on the bottom, and dill pickles and mayo on top. A perfect burger for a mid-afternoon lunch among friends.


This is an 8oz pepper and salt 80% lean, 20% fat burger cooked over 45 minutes on low-medium heat. A grill-toasted ciabatta bun with a dollop of mayonnaise and ketchup provides a cushion of flavor for this burger, with an aged cheddar topping lightly melted over it, fitted with kosher dill stacker pickles as a crisp snap to sharpen the flavorful juicy mouth-full bite.

Billy’s Gourmet Country Fry Breakfast Burger! Some of you might be thinking “Now he’s gone too far!”. I assure you, you know nothing, John Snow. This is a burger that takes time to make. First, you have a Patty that is kneaded with an egg and a dollop of sweet honey molasses, then tossed in flour with fresh ground peppercorn. It’s fried on both sides for 30 seconds in high-heat veggie oil that’s seasoned with minced garlic and a dash of balsamic vinegar. Waiting until the patty is crisp on either side we then toss it on the grill on low heat for 20mins. We then caramelize some onions and bell pepper in the frying oil. Meanwhile, our bun is fire toasted on the grill. We then make country gravy on the side. The bun is layered with a ketchup+mayo spread, a half hand of salad, and two kosher dill stacker pickles. The patty is then topped with our onions and peppers, with a slice of cheese to melt on top. Lastly, we drizzle the country gravy over the top and cap it with the sesame bun.
